Refund and Return Policy
I strive to ensure my customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you receive an item that is damaged or not as described, I will work with you to resolve the issue.
Refund or Return Process:
  1. Contact me within 3 days of receiving the item.
  2. Provide details of the issue, including photos if possible.
  3. After review, I will offer:
    • A full refund with returning or without returning the goods
    • A partial refund, as agreed upon with the customer
    • Or, a replacement if available.
Important Notes:
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Returned items must be unused and in the original packaging.
